Biomimicry Walk 1 on June 25th and Walk 2 on July 6th!

Biomimicry - Nature as Mentor

Let nature be your mentor. Join us for a slow, meandering introduction to Biomimicry that will include exercises to assist us in deeply immersing in the landscape and discovering how much we can learn from nature's strategies and adaptations to help us solve human challenges or meet human goals more sustainably.

Walk 1: Saturday, June 25th, 7:00 am - 9:30 am (2.5 hours) http://biomimicry1.eventbrite.com

(click on Links to Register- Space limited!)

Walk 2: Wednesday, July 6th, 7:00 am- 9:30 am (2.5 hours) https://biomimicry7-6.eventbrite.com

Each walk will be co-led by local Biomimicry practitioner Jo Fleming or Cheryl Spector in partnership with OSMP naturalist Lynne Sullivan. The walks will focus on (re)connection, offering a new lens to observe Nature with, getting us thinking functionally and tapping into Life's Principles - deep patterns found across species surviving and thriving on Earth.

While each meander will be similar in approach we anticipate some variation in organisms to observe due to nature's progression in the few weeks between walks as well as which critters decide to stop by!

Space will be limited. Meeting location within Boulder Open Space and Mountain Parks will be provided upon registration. Walks will be held rain or shine - please come prepared.
